#  Site progress October 2022 

Stages 1 and 2 of “The Terrace” at Sugarworld are now completely sold out, with over 30 blocks selling in record time.

Stages 1 and 2 of “The Terrace” at Sugarworld are now completely sold out, with over 30 blocks selling in record time.

The happy new landowners in the established suburb of Edmonton in Cairns, Queensland have wasted no time engaging their builders to start building their new homes.

As it stands, there are currently 15 new homes under construction, ranging from those in the early earthworks stages, right up to others with their roofing being installed. The first homes in this exciting new subdivision are scheduled for completion in late February/early March 2023.
