#  Civil Works September 2024 

The Terrace at Sugarworld is the perfect entry level estate where the land is flat and the quality of the homes is excellent.

 

 

 

 

 

  **Sugarworld – The Terrace**

Stages 7a and 7b have now sold out and there are only a handful of lots available in the last Stages of 8a and 8b.

The developers have now decided to complete all the earthworks, roads and services on Stages 7a, 7b, 8a and 8b in the single parcel of works.

The civil construction team is now well underway on these stages and should have the works completed by the end of this year, with construction commencing with new homes in February/March 2025.
