### What's New

#  Civil Works March 2023 

Very Exciting News! Now the exciting news is that our area sales manager for North Queensland, Udo Jattke, has now opened his own agency. Land Sales Cairns and Udo Jattke New Level Real Estate. This will allow Udo to spend more time with his clients on The Terrace and The Heights. Udo is also on site every Saturday from 3-4pm and can be phoned on the same mobile number - 0417 740 550 and emailed on udo@cairns.land. You can also pop into his showroom/office situated at Suite 1, 203 Mulgrave Road, Bungalow.

 

 

 

 

 

  **The Terrace**

Stage 3 & 4 of The Terrace has now had some delays due to the area receiving over 1 meter of rain. **That’s right over 1 meter of rain!** This is a typical North Queensland wet season.

The good news is that stage 3 & 4 pre the rain was really starting to take shape and looking great.

The first of the new homes in stage 1 of The Terrace is nearing completion with the excited owners looking forward to moving in within a matter of weeks.
