### What's New

#  Site progress November 2022 

It is exciting to see all the house construction underway in Stages 1 & 2 of The Terrace. These stages are now fully sold, and we are looking forward to seeing the finished homes that are now being built.

 

 

 

 

 

  It is exciting to see all the house construction underway in Stages 1 & 2 of The Terrace. These stages are now fully sold, and we are looking forward to seeing the finished homes that are now being built.

The owners of these new houses should be moving into their properties early January, which is very exciting. Furthermore, a prominent builder in Cairns has chosen to build two spec homes in Stage 1, and based on their plans, finish, and specifications, we feel that these homes will be a standout and will sell quickly.

The other exciting news is Stage 3 & 4 earthworks have commenced and the roads and services should be finalised early 2023. Stage 3 is about 75% sold and stage 4 is off to a good start.

Stage 4 has quite large lots backing onto parkland making this stage a bonus to the new home buyers and should be snapped up quite quickly.
