### What's New

#  Site progress November 2022 

The Heights Sugarworld is now bustling with activity with new owners and builders. The first commenced construction, with eight more scheduled to start before Christmas.

 

 

 

 

 

  The designs to date are modern, open plan homes with large outdoor living areas, to take full advantage of the views and the natural bushlands.

There are still several prime lots available that have some of the best views looking towards Cairns city.

We now have several builders who have indicated their interest to design and build homes on these scenic lots.
