#  Site progress October 2022 

The first 8 blocks have now sold in The Heights at Sugarworld, with one house currently at lockup stage.

 

 

 

 

 

  Lot 4 of the Heights has had plans drawn for an executive home where the work is about to commence with a leading and prestigious Cairns’ builder.

We have now engaged an expert in split level living construction to design a range of homes that would suit the balance of the lots high up in the foothills of The Heights at Sugarworld. These lots are perfectly situated to capture views and coastal breeze and are surrounded by other quality built new homes. Be sure to keep an eye on the website, where these designs will be live in the next few weeks.

Further to this, there are a range of fantastic split-level designs which have recently been completed for Lot 641 through to Lot 645. These are advertised as house and land packages starting from only $719,750.
