Stage 3 of the Terrace is all sold out and has several new builds starting and many buyers looking forward to moving into their new homes. Stage 4 has just received titles and only has a hand full of blocks available. This stage has some great blocks backing onto the creek reserve and are very special blocks in high demand. Stage 5a is starting to sell quickly and the civil works are due to start in October 2023. Stage 6 is well under way with the civil works and offers larger level lots for those buyers wanting a bit more land.
