There are now currently fifteen families with their new homes constructed at The Terraces, Sugarworld.
All the blocks are very level and flat, saving thousands of dollars on earthworks. Both the roads and the lots for stages three and four are well advanced, with the titles due late in the first quarter of next year.
Sales have been very strong over the last thirty days, with only a handful of blocks available in Stage 3 and Stage 4. Sales have increased now that the earthworks are well under way. The Terraces have become one of the most popular new subdivisions in the southern Cairns market.
