### What's New

#  Civil Works April 2023 

The Terrace The First Families are Now Moving In Stage 1 & 2 of The Terraces in Sugar World are now bustling with new owners moving in. There is also the first duplex nearing completion that has been cleverly designed to portray a large family home. Stage 3 of the Terrace is also nearing completion with all the roadworks now complete. Footpaths are in and just awaiting the streetlights. Stage 3 is just about sold out with limited blocks available in Stage 4. Some of the lots in Stage 4 back on to prestigious parkland and a freshwater creek. There are still a few lots available backing onto this parkland. The Sales Agent is on site every Saturday from 3-4pm or appointment can be made on 0417 740 550 or emailed to udo@cairns.land.
