### What's New

#  What's New at The Heights March 2023 

Now the exciting news is that our area sales manager for North Queensland, Udo Jattke, has now opened his own agency. Land Sales Cairns and Udo Jattke New Level Real Estate. This will allow Udo to spend more time with his clients on The Terrace and The Heights. Udo is also on site every Saturday from 3-4pm and can be phoned on the same mobile number - 0417 740 550 and emailed on udo@cairns.land. You can also pop into his showroom/office situated at Suite 1, 203 Mulgrave Road, Bungalow.

 

 

 

 

 

  **The Heights**

The first of the homes in The Heights has also now been completed and the owners have now moved into their modern tropical home.

There are also several new houses now commenced and under construction within The Heights.
