Civil Works June 2023

The Terrace Stage 1 & 2 of The Terraces in Sugar World are now bustling with new owners moving in. There is also the first duplex nearing completion that has been cleverly designed to portray a large family home. Stage 3 civils of the Terrace is now complete with titles expected in July 2023. Stage 3 is almost sold out with limited blocks available. Stage 4. Sales are happening fast with limited blocks available. Some of the lots in this stage back on to prestigious parkland and a freshwater creek. There are still a few lots available backing onto this parkland.
